Shipping Policy

Delivery Scope

Delivery is available exclusively within the United States. We do not provide delivery to any addresses outside the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the final order value:

• Orders of $70.00 and above (inclusive): Free Standard Shipping.

• Orders under $70.00: A flat shipping fee of $17.99 will be applied.

Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes and related fees are fully included in the displayed product prices. You will not be charged any unexpected fees, additional sales taxes, or delivery surcharges at checkout or upon arrival.

Handling Time

All orders undergo processing and packaging before dispatch. Our handling time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed starting the following business day.

Transit Time

Once dispatched from the warehouse, the estimated transit time for indoor furniture is 7 to 10 business days. Total estimated delivery time includes both the handling time and the transit time.

Suggested Notice Period

To ensure swift resolution of any logistics issues, we suggest contacting us within 2 business days of receiving your package if you notice any discrepancies or delivery problems. Please note that this is merely a convenient recommended timeframe to facilitate processing; exceeding this timeframe will not limit, diminish, or affect your statutory rights.

Logistics Carriers

To ensure secure and dependable transportation of your indoor furniture, we partner with premier national carriers, including:

• UPS

• FedEx

• DHL

• Specialized freight carriers for heavy and oversized items

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your order number, payment invoice, carrier details, and tracking number.

You can check your shipment status at any time:

• Visit the "Order Tracking" page on our online store.

Statement of Responsibility

Damaged or Lost Products

We assume full responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit. If your furniture arrives with damage or does not arrive within the scheduled timeframe, please reach out to us with your order details and clear photos of the condition so we can arrange a prompt replacement or solution.

In-Transit Modifications and Cancellations

Once a shipment has been collected by the carrier, we are unable to alter the destination address or cancel the order while in transit. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after ordering. If the package has already departed, you may initiate a return after the package is delivered.

Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable street address during checkout. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays, missed drop-offs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

Delivery Receipt Precautions

Indoor furniture items are typically heavy, bulky, and delicate. Please follow these precautions upon delivery:

• Inspect Outer Packaging: Carefully inspect the exterior cartons for severe crushing, tears, punctures, or moisture before accepting the shipment.

• Record Condition: If visible carton damage exists, note the condition on the delivery receipt (if a signature is required) and photograph the unopened box from multiple angles.

• Unpack and Verify: Open the packaging carefully and verify all components, hardware, and furniture surfaces to confirm everything arrived safely.

P.O. Box and APO/FPO Restrictions

Due to the substantial weight and parcel dimensions of indoor furniture, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial street address is required.

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, natural events, transit interruptions, or major carrier disruptions beyond our direct control.

Return and Refund Policy

45-Day Return and Exchange Window

You are entitled to request a return or exchange within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date your merchandise is confirmed delivered. Requests initiated after 45 days from the delivery date are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Commercial Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order free of charge at any time before the product has been dispatched for shipment. Once the merchandise has left our fulfillment facilities, standard after-sales return procedures apply.

Commercial After-Sales Return Application

For after-sales return requests, customers may provide their order number and an explanation of the relevant situation, and we will assist in processing based on the order status and applicable conditions.

Refund Timeline & Delivery Fee Reimbursement

Upon receiving your return request and physical receipt/inspection of the returned merchandise at our facility, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase payment, including standard baseline delivery fees, within one (1) to five (5) business days via your original payment method. Upgraded or express delivery shipping fees are non-refundable.

Two-Year Quality Assurance Guarantee

We provide a comprehensive quality assurance guarantee for a period of two (2) years commencing from the date of merchandise delivery. If the merchandise experiences functional failure, manufacturing defects, or non-conformity to advertised standards, you are entitled to free repair or replacement parts. If repair or replacement is unfeasible, we will arrange a complete replacement or a full refund. Claims under this quality responsibility must be submitted within the applicable limitation period.

Six-Year Protection Against Hidden Defects (Discovery-Based Rule)

Distinct from delivery quality conformity, we protect customers against latent, hidden defects that were not reasonably discoverable at initial unboxing and delivery but subsequently impair the structural utility of the furniture. The right of claim for hidden defects extends up to six (6) years, with the calculation period commencing strictly on the date the defect is discovered by the customer. Upon substantiating a qualifying latent defect, you may choose to return the merchandise for a full refund or retain the product with an equitable partial refund.

Voluntary Six-Year Commercial Structural Warranty

In addition to statutory protections, we voluntarily provide an extended six (6) year commercial structural warranty on all indoor furniture frames, joints, and primary load-bearing members:

• Scope: Covers natural cracking, severe warpage, structural breakage, or joint failure under standard residential indoor use.

• Commencement Date: Commences directly on the date of merchandise delivery.

• Remedies: We provide free professional repair, component replacement, or complete furniture replacement. These commitments are voluntarily undertaken by us, and we honor and maintain all commitments made to our consumers.

Distinct Warranty Frameworks Summary

To ensure transparency, the applicable protection frameworks are distinguished as follows:

• Two-Year Quality Assurance: 2 years from delivery date; addresses general manufacturing defects and non-conformity.

• Hidden Defects Protection: Actionable within 6 years, commencing from the date the latent defect is discovered; addresses non-apparent internal material failures.

• Voluntary Commercial Structural Warranty: 6 years from delivery date; provides free structural repair/replacement as our self-imposed commercial quality guarantee.

Complaint Response vs. Remedy Completion Timelines

• Formal Complaint Response: If you submit a formal complaint regarding defective products or customer service, we will review your case and provide an official written response and resolution plan within forty-five (45) days of receipt.

• Remedy Completion Timeline: The 45-day complaint review timeline is strictly separate from the practical execution of repairs or replacements. Once authorized, physical repairs or replacement shipments are processed promptly (replacement items are dispatched within 1–3 business days).

Goods Return Deadlines After Notification

Following formal notification of your return or withdrawal request, you must dispatch and hand over the merchandise to the designated freight carrier no later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of notifying us.

Eligible Return and Exchange Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following five conditions:

• Appearance Defects: Physical damage, deep abrasions, chips, or dents visible upon opening.
• Quality Issues: Manufacturing defects, mechanical malfunctions, loose joints, or broken structural elements.
• Severe Discrepancies: Severe, lingering chemical odors, or extreme color deviations from online catalog depictions.
• Incorrect Merchandise: Received items that do not match the order description, dimensions, or SKU.
• No-Reason Returns: Elective customer returns requested within 45 days of delivery, provided the item is brand new, unassembled, and in original resalable condition.

Refund Details and Timing

• Refund Method: All approved refunds will be credited back directly to the original bank card or payment card account (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used when placing the order.

• Processing Time: Depending on card issuer clearing speeds, funds are estimated to settle within one (1) to five (5) business days. If funds do not reflect within this timeframe, please contact us for immediate support.

Shipping Cost Allocation & Large Furniture Return Estimates

• Defect / Discrepancy Returns: If returns stem from appearance defects, quality failures, severe chemical odors, extreme color mismatches, or incorrect items, we bear all return freight charges.

• No-Reason Returns: If returns are initiated for personal reasons without product fault, the return transportation costs are borne by the customer.

• Pre-Purchase Return Estimates: Indoor furniture items are large, heavy freight. For customer-borne returns utilizing our designated carrier account, the estimated return shipping fee ranges between $120.00 and $250.00 per item based on package dimensions and weight, subject to a fixed upper cap not exceeding $250.00. This fixed freight fee is deducted directly from the refund balance.

Return Labels

Each outgoing parcel includes a pre-attached or enclosed trackable return shipping label for your convenience. If you initiate an elective no-reason return using this enclosed label, the fixed return shipping cost outlined above will be automatically deducted from your final refund balance.

Packaging Requirements for Returns

All returned indoor furniture must be securely packed in original cartons with all internal corner foam guards, hardware packets, and assembly manuals intact. If the original container is damaged, consumers must pack items using packaging of equivalent protective strength to prevent in-transit freight damage.

Damaged Merchandise Upon Delivery Protocol

If an indoor furniture carton arrives visibly crushed, torn, or punctured at delivery drop-off, take clear photographs before opening and contact us within 48 hours. Alternatively, you may refuse the delivery with the carrier driver, which allows us to expedite a free replacement immediately.

Unauthorized Alterations and Non-Eligible Items

Merchandise that has been modified, drilled, painted, re-stained, or subjected to abnormal moisture, or assembled incorrectly contrary to instructions, is not eligible for commercial return or extended warranty coverage.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable retail rules, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential property losses resulting from customer improper self-assembly, overloading beyond stated weight limits, or external environmental moisture exposure. Our total liability regarding any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
