Shopping Guide

Pre-Purchase Preparation and Space Planning

Before selecting your furniture, proper preparation ensures a seamless fit and delivery:

  • Measure Your Space: Measure the designated area's length, width, and ceiling height. Allow adequate clearance for walking paths, door swings, and ventilation.

  • Check Delivery Pathways: Measure all entry points, including building access doors, elevators, stairwells, and interior hallways, to verify that packaged dimensions can pass through without obstruction.

  • Finish and Lighting Consideration: Colors, wood grain patterns, and fabric textures may appear differently depending on room lighting (warm vs. cool light) and ambient environment.

Large Furniture Freight Return Estimates (Pre-Purchase Disclosure)

Because indoor furniture items (such as sectionals, dining tables, and credenzas) require specialized freight handling, return transportation costs are substantial:

  • Estimated Freight Costs: Return transportation for large freight items typically ranges between $120.00 and $250.00 depending on weight, volume, and pickup location.

  • Fixed Return Deductions: If you utilize our prepaid return shipping service for voluntary returns, the return shipping fee will be deducted directly from your refund:

  •

Oversized/Freight items: A fixed fee of $150.00 per freight pallet/carton.

  • We establish these fixed rates to provide price transparency before you finalize your order.

Shopping Cart and Order Confirmation

  • Review the items in your shopping cart to verify product specifications, finish selections, quantities, and dimensions.

  • Enter your correct shipping address, active telephone number, and email address. Accurate contact information ensures freight carriers can arrange delivery appointments.

  • Upon submitting your order, an immediate on-screen confirmation and an automated order confirmation email containing your order details will be issued.

Payment Methods and Processing

We currently accept major credit card payments, including:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard, etc.

All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways. Full authorization occurs upon order placement.

Unified Commercial Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled without charge within 48 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been dispatched to our fulfillment center or loaded onto a carrier.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted after dispatch, the order cannot be halted in transit and must be handled under our 45-day commercial return policy once delivered.

Delivery, Inspection, and Receipt

  • Freight Delivery: Large furniture shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. The carrier will schedule a delivery window in advance.

  • Exterior Package Inspection: Inspect outer cartons for crushed corners, tears, or moisture before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage directly on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) slip.

  • Unpacking Inspection: Unpack your furniture promptly and check all components and hardware against the included assembly guide.

Statutory Quality Responsibility, Claim Limitations, and Latent Defects

We provide clear quality commitments governing non-conformities and product defects under applicable sales codes:

Two-Year Statutory Conformity Responsibility

  • Duration & Start Date: We bear responsibility for material and manufacturing non-conformities for two (2) years, beginning strictly on the date of delivery.

  • Remedies: If an item fails to conform to statutory quality standards within this 2-year window, you are entitled to free repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may request a partial price reduction or a full refund.

Statute of Limitations for Claims

  • A separate procedural statute of limitations applies to formal claims, which must be brought within 2 years from the date the cause of action accrued (the delivery date), distinct from the substantive 2-year conformity baseline.

Protection Against Hidden (Latent) Defects

  • Distinction: Hidden defects refer to inherent material or manufacturing flaws that could not reasonably have been detected upon initial inspection.

  • Commencement: Protection against hidden defects operates under a six (6) year absolute limit; however, the claim period begins strictly on the date the defect is discovered (or reasonably should have been discovered), rather than the original delivery date.

Complaint Handling and Resolution Deadlines

  • Response Window: Upon receiving a formal complaint or non-conformity notice, we will formally respond to you within 45 days.

  • Remedy Completion: The 45-day response timeline is distinct from the physical repair or replacement process, which will be executed within a reasonable timeframe (not to exceed 30 days from agreement on the remedy) without significant inconvenience to you.

Voluntary Six-Year Commercial Structural Protection

Completely separate from the statutory two-year conformity framework and the latent defect protections outlined above, we provide an additional voluntary commercial guarantee:

  • Scope: Covers internal frame integrity, structural joint stability, and foundational load-bearing components of indoor furniture (e.g., solid wood and engineered steel frames of sofas, beds, and tables).

  • Duration & Start Date: Valid for six (6) years, beginning strictly on the date of delivery.

  • Exclusions: Surface finish wear, upholstery textiles, leather wrinkling, foam softening, cosmetic scuffs, moisture damage, and abuse or improper assembly are excluded.

Forty-Five (45) Day Commercial Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, finish, or model:

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within forty-five (45) calendar days from the verified delivery date.

  • Eligibility Criteria: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, free from pet hair, stains, odors, or assembly marks, and packed in original packaging with all hardware and manuals.

  • Price Adjustments & Logistics:

    • If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be settled prior to dispatch. If lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

    • Standard return shipping fees ($150.00 for freight) apply to voluntary exchanges unless the exchange is due to a verified transit error or verified defect.

Forty-Five (45) Day Commercial Return Policy

Core Return Specifications

  • Return Method: By Mail / Freight Carrier Pickup.

  • Return Window: 45 calendar days from the date of physical delivery.

  • Item Condition: Brand new, unassembled, and in original packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

  • Return Address: Confirmed returned items must be sent back to our designated warehouse facility.

Return Request Procedure

For post-sale return requests, customers may provide the order number and relevant explanatory details, and we will assist in processing based on the order status and applicable conditions.

Return Shipping and Expense Allocation

  • Voluntary Commercial Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, a fixed return shipping fee will be strictly deducted from the refund (for large items shipped on pallets, a fee of $150.00 per pallet will be deducted).

  • Non-Conforming or Defective Returns: Where a return is executed due to a verified defect or non-conformity under statutory rights, we bear all return transportation expenses, and no deductions will be made.

Statutory Revocation, Return Logistics, and Refund Timing

  • Refund Window: Once a valid return notice or returned package is received and verified, we will process your refund within 1 to 5 business days.

  • Refund Channel: Refunds will be credited strictly to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

  • Standard Delivery Restitution: The refund will include the complete purchase price paid plus the initial lowest standard delivery shipping fee charged on the order. Premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable.

Furniture Care, Environmental Stability, and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your furniture:

  • Indoor Climate Control: Maintain indoor relative humidity between 35% and 55% and temperatures between 65°F and 75°F to prevent solid wood warping, veneer checking, or joint separation.

  • Direct Sunlight and Heat: Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, heating ducts, radiators, and fireplaces to prevent fabric fading and finish cracking.

  • Cleaning Guidelines: Dust surfaces regularly with a soft, dry lint-free cloth. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, damp cloth; do not scrub or use harsh solvent-based chemicals.

Safety, Weight Capacities, and Anti-Tip Compliance

  • Wall Anchoring: All tall storage units, bookcases, dressers, and armoires must be anchored securely to wall studs using the included anti-tip hardware to eliminate tip-over hazards.

  • Weight Limits: Do not exceed the specified maximum load capacities for shelves, seating units, and bed frames detailed in the product assembly manual.
